This kit is designed to allow you to install an aftermarket stereo system in your factory mounting location. Convert your factory opening to a single din sized or other opening commonly found on aftermarket radios. This gives you that smooth factory look as if the receiver was designed for your vehicle. You can uninstall the kit and radio out and the factory one will bolt right into its original mounting holes if you decide to sell or trade your car.
